Schedule email delivery in Google Data Studio
Use the Schedule email delivery function to share your PDF report automatically by email on a custom-defined time
Follow these steps to create a new email delivery schedule in Google Data studio.
In the upper right, click the arrow within Share > Schedule email delivery
Enter a list of email addresses. Optional, by default, send to yourself.
Enter a custom email subject and message. This is also optional
Select the report pages to include in the PDF report. Optional and by default, all pages are included
Set your desired Start date and time
Set the delivery frequency. Pre-defined frequencies are Daily, Weekly on Sunday, Monthly on the 3rd Sunday and Every weekday (Monday to Friday). Or you can set a custom delivery frequency to desired day and time.
Follow these steps to edit the email delivery schedule in Google Data studio.
In the upper right, click the arrow within Share > Schedule email delivery
Click Edit schedule.

Follow these steps to delete the email delivery schedule in Google Data studio.
In the upper right, click the arrow within Share > Schedule email delivery
In the upper right, click the ellipsis (⋮) or three dots
Click Delete schedule
Scheduled email delivery limitation
Only one schedule per report
Max 50 recipients or email addresses.
Scheduled email delivery creators will always be included in the email recipients.
You can't change the timezone, and it is based on your computer operating system.

Google will send a PDF version to your email via "data-studio-noreply@google.com", and your report title will add to the Email subject line with the date it was sent. A preview below
