Editing Menu in Google Data Studio
The editing menu in Google Data Studio is no different from any other tool. If you have used Windows or Mac, your fingers should know these keyboard shortcuts by heart.
Editing Menu
Undo (Ctrl+Z or ⌘+Z)
Undo the changes you have made
Redo (Ctrl+Y or ⌘+Y)
Redo your changes if you have accidentally undone your changes
Cut (Ctrl+X or ⌘+X)
Move your component from one page to another or from one report to another
Copy (Ctrl+C or ⌘+C)
Copy your components
Paste (Ctrl+V or ⌘+V)
Paste your copied components
Paste special > paste style only (Ctrl+Alt+V or ⌘+Alt+V)
You can copy and apply one component style to another in the Data studio.
To apply a style only, follow these steps
Select the chart you want to copy your style
Click Copy Or Ctrl+C
Select the chart you want the style to apply.
Ctrl+Alt+V, ⌘+Alt+V for mac or go to Editing > Paste special > paste style only
Delete (Delete)
Delete your components.
Duplicate (Ctrl+D or ⌘+D)
Duplicate your components
Select all (Ctrl+A or ⌘+A)
Select all components on a page
Select none (Ctrl+Shift+A or ⌘+Shift+A)
Deselect all components on a page
